Blitzen is priced based on your feature options and the number of contacts in your database. As the number of contacts in your database grows, we will automatically upgrade your account to the appropriate tier, and you will be charged the pro-rated amount at the end of the next billing cycle.

What is a contact?

In Blitzen, a contact is a person with a unique email address that is being stored in your contact database. Contacts can be added in several ways, including when a user submits through a form or via an uploaded list.

Can I change pricing plans?

Yes! If you wish to upgrade your account, just login to Blitzen and go to the ‘Settings’ section and then click the ‘Billing’ tab. There you can easily upgrade to another plan. If you’d like to downgrade, please contact us at sales@blitzen.com.

Can I import my existing contacts?

Yes, you can. You are able to manually import your contacts by copying/pasting them into Blitzen and there is also a CSV import feature that allows you to import all of your prospect lists that are in a .csv spreadsheet format.

Do I need to know how to code?

No coding skills are required. Blitzen allows you to quickly build and embed forms as well as integrate your tools with click, not code. We’ve worked hard to make it as easy as drag & drop, or in some cases, copy & paste.

Is my data safe?

Of course. We are hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), which is known for it’s secure, private, and compliant cloud architecture. All data is stored in this secure cloud environment, which ensures that all user info is safe and private.

Are there discounts for annual plans?

Yes indeed! We offer a 10% discount for accounts paid annually compared to monthly. This means that you actually get one month’s usage free on any of our premium plans when paid annually! Pretty hard to say no to that, eh?
